Getting Started

New to wholesale? Start by creating a wholesale account through our Wholesale Sign Up form.
Once your account has been registered, visit our Wholesale Login page to browse products and place your order. 

If you have a Faire account, please use this direct link to place your first order with us, otherwise Faire takes a 15% commission on all orders and we'd like to avoid that!  

Before You Buy

A few quick things to know before placing your wholesale order:

• Minimum Order: $150
• Shipping: $10 flat-rate shipping on all wholesale orders
• Processing & Delivery Times: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 4-10 business days
• Where We Ship: Wholesale shipping is currently available to U.S. retailers only
• Sales Tax: If you see sales tax charged at checkout, please email your seller’s permit or resale tax ID to info@lovebyluna.co so we can mark your account as tax exempt
• Already Paid Sales Tax? If you placed an order before your account was updated, just let us know. Once your documentation has been verified, we’ll be happy to refund the sales tax charged

Damaged or Missing Items

If anything arrives damaged or is missing from your order, please email us at info@lovebyluna.co with your order details. We’ll be happy to help make it right.
